Active Agent for Outlook and iCloud

I'm currently evaulating your product with Outlook 2010. I'm using iCloud for my Contacts, Tasts and Calendars. The first thing I noticed is the contacts n iCloud do not convert to real esate contacts once the setting is applied in Active Agent. I'm assuming that much of the other functionality of Active Agent also does not follow into iCloud. Do you have any work suggestions or work-arounds for what appears to be the future of CRM databases? Please advise.

Generally the issue with sharing data with servers other than Exchange is the server or service removed any field that is not in the collection of base Outlook fields.  The only failsafe way I have found to share data is with an Exchange server or service.

Is Sonoma Ent. Giving any thought to a server service for sync of outlook to mobile devices and other devices? It would seem to me that if Sonoma is competing in this price range they should look at competing Real Estate CRM software like !Act and Top Producer which offer al lot more for the same money.
